a collaborative project
What the project is
A collaborative, real-world project to design pre-departure digital training for medical volunteers working in Zambia.
Developed to support in-person training, the course prepares volunteers for cultural, ethical, and procedural challenges they may face.
Consists of a 6 section programme covering adaptability, cross-cultural communication, procedures, policies, ethics, and volunteer well-being.
Built using the ADDIE framework to ensure a structured, research-led development process.
