I design learning experiences that are intuitive, impactful, and focused on solving the problems that matter most. With a background in design and storytelling, I bring a creative edge to every project, ensuring that learning is not only effective but engaging and meaningful.

The Art Museum: a visitors guide

Tools: Articulate Storyline, Figma, Procreate, Canva, Miro

Problem:
Many learners and visitors move through museums passively, unsure how to connect with the art or make meaning from the experience. Traditional museum learning often prioritises information over interaction, leaving visitors feeling disengaged or overwhelmed.

Outcome:
I designed an interactive digital training that helps learners slow down and approach museums as active learning spaces. Using reflection, conversation, and playful exploration, the Art Museum Manual builds learners’ confidence and curiosity, helping them personalise visits, think more deeply, and leave with a lasting sense of connection and discovery..

Pre-departure Training for Medical Volunteers

Tools: Articulate Storyline, Figma, Adobe Illustrator

Problem:
Medical volunteers often arrive in Zambia unprepared for cultural differences, personal health challenges, and the emotional impact of their work. Traditional briefings focus on logistics rather than personal readiness or reflection.

Outcome:
A digital training programme that prepares volunteers for cross-cultural work. Through scenario-based learning, reflective journaling, and interactive activities, participants gain strategies for managing culture shock, staying safe, and engaging respectfully with local communities, resulting in more effective, confident, and culturally aware volunteers.

Using Pronouns in an Academic Setting

Tools: Articulate Storyline, Figma, iMovie (video editor)

Problem:
Staff and students often feel uncertain about how to use pronouns respectfully in academic and professional settings. A lack of confidence or awareness can lead to unintentional mistakes and exclusion.

Outcome:
A five-minute mobile-friendly microlearning that explains pronoun use through video, interactive scenarios, and quick reflection prompts. The course helps learners build confidence, understand inclusive language, and develop everyday habits that create safer, more respectful spaces.

Cognitive and Connective Learning

Tools: PowerPoint, Procreate, Canva

Problem:
Learners and educators often struggle to distinguish between cognitive and connective approaches to learning, making it difficult to design effective, blended learning experiences.

Outcome:
A scenario-based module that visualises the difference between cognitive and connective learning through storytelling. Learners explore both perspectives interactively, applying each approach to real-world teaching examples. The result is a clearer understanding of how combining the two can improve engagement and knowledge retention..
