Mosaic crochet is a style of crochet that creates interesting colour patterns by working different colours of yarn down into previous rows to create a pattern. This is often preferred over tapestry crochet because you only work one colour per row, and you don’t have to deal with complicated switching of colours mid-row.
For this pattern you will need 100% cotton yarn and a 3.5mm hook.
Using a 3.5mm hook allows for a looser gauge and a softer finish which I think works well for a face cloth.
This pattern will provide everything you need to know to complete this project, with an easy to follow grid style pattern.
